Terms of Use

QuickSquares Roof Report ("QuickSquares," "we," "us") is operated by Paolo Gonzales Moya ("the Operator"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickSquares website, dashboard and PDF reports (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

QuickSquares lets roofing companies search a property address and generate a roof measurement report — squares, pitch, roof area, a suggested material list and quote — built from satellite and aerial imagery (primarily Google Solar and Google Maps data) and, where available, public LiDAR survey data. The Service does not perform a physical, on-site inspection of any property.

2. Accounts

Accounts are set up individually after a request through the Service; there is no public self-signup. You are responsible for the accuracy of the company information you provide (name, contact details, logo and pricing) and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

3. Pricing, billing and delivery

Reports are sold as:

  • Single report: USD 7.00
  • 5-report pack: USD 29.00
  • 10-report pack: USD 49.00
  • 20-report pack: USD 69.00
  • Unlimited monthly subscription: USD 74.99/month, renews automatically until canceled

A new account that signs up on its own gets 3 free reports once its email is confirmed, valid for 30 days, one welcome per company. Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax; where your state requires it, Lemon Squeezy adds it at checkout. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as the merchant of record for your purchase. QuickSquares does not receive or store your full card details. Purchased report credits expire 12 months after payment. The Service is fully digital: a generated report is a PDF, available for download from your dashboard immediately after generation, typically within one to two minutes of starting a measurement. There is no physical product and no shipping.

4. When a credit is used, and refunds

A credit is used only when a report is generated. When you preview a roof outline before generating, one credit is held, not used: it is returned if you cancel the preview, if you don't generate the report within 2 hours, or if the roof can't be traced. Generating a report again for the same address within 7 days of a report that used a credit does not use another credit, up to 5 times per report that used one.

If a report fails to generate (for example, no usable data is available for an address), the credit it would have used is returned to your account automatically. A report flagged with a severe data-quality limitation (shown in red on the report itself) does not use a credit at all, for the same reason. Outside of these cases, a report that completes and uses a credit is not eligible for a refund of that credit or of the purchase that funded it — including if you delete it from your dashboard afterward — since generating it draws on satellite and imagery lookups we have already paid for to our own data providers.

5. Accuracy of reports

Reports are estimates generated from remote imagery and elevation data, not a substitute for a physical site visit. See our Disclaimer for the specific limitations that apply. You are responsible for confirming measurements on site before ordering material or committing to a quote based on a QuickSquares report.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to look up addresses for any purpose other than preparing a legitimate roofing estimate, to attempt to circumvent credit or rate limits, or to resell access to the Service without our written agreement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or abuses the Service. You may stop using the Service, or ask us to close your account, at any time by contacting us.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for losses arising from a material order, quote or job based on a QuickSquares report that was not confirmed on site, or from the unavailability of third-party data sources (Google, LiDAR providers) the Service depends on.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
