Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information QuickSquares Roof Report ("QuickSquares," "we") collects through the Service, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Information you provide

• Account and company details: name, email, phone, company address, logo and the pricing you set.
• Report inputs: the property address you search, the roof outline if you adjust it before generating, and — if you choose to add it — a homeowner's name and email for that specific report.
• What you enter when you sign up: company name, your name, email and phone.
• Anything you send us directly, such as a support email.

2. Information collected automatically

We keep operational logs of report requests (timestamps, which third-party API calls a report made) to enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and investigate problems. These logs are not used for advertising.

3. How we use this information

• To generate and deliver your roof reports.
• To operate your account: billing, your report history, and your dashboard settings.
• To respond to support requests and, occasionally, to tell you about a change to the Service.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run QuickSquares, each only for the purpose below:

• Google (Solar API, Maps/Geocoding, Street View) — to look up and measure the address you search. Google processes the address and coordinates you submit under its own privacy terms.
• Supabase — our database and file storage provider, hosting your account data and generated reports.
• Vercel — hosts the QuickSquares website and application.
• Lemon Squeezy — processes payments as merchant of record. We never see or store your full card number.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data retention

A generated report's PDF is available for download from your dashboard for about 30 days after it is created. The underlying measurement record (address, squares, pitch and similar figures) is kept as part of your account's report history unless you delete it. Deleting a report from your dashboard removes its PDF immediately; the record is then hidden from your account and excluded from your active history.

6. Your choices

You can delete an individual report yourself from the Reports page in your dashboard at any time, with no effect on your remaining credits. To request a copy of your account data, or to close your account and ask us to delete it, contact us at the email below.

7. Children

QuickSquares is a business tool for roofing companies and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes; the date at the top reflects the latest revision.
